A step-up in quality - that's what we regarded this movie when it came out. Our approach became more sophisticated, we tried to create more intricate choreography and it was our first serious try to lean towards old-school style.

In any way, this is the best of our old ones.

The madman still remains one of Hideyoshi's favourite characters up to this day.
